1.1 All orders are shipped through our logistics partner MyParcel and delivered by PostNL.

1.2 Once an order has been processed and shipped, clients will automatically receive shipping and tracking updates via email.

1.3 Tracking information is provided through MyParcel and PostNL and remains subject to the availability and accuracy of their systems.

2. DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

2.1 We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.

2.2 While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping or next-day delivery.

2.3 Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
