RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Salon d’Homme, we do our best to help you select the right products by offering detailed product descriptions and clear categorisation. However, if you change your mind or are not fully satisfied, the following conditions apply:


1. RETURNS

1.1 Returns are handled in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

1.2 Only unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be returned.

1.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.5 Once received, returns will be processed within 7 business days.


2. REFUNDS

2.1 Refunds are processed in accordance with Dutch consumer legislation.

2.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.3 We are not liable for misuse of products or the use of incorrect products based on individual skin needs. We encourage clients to reach out for personalised product advice prior to purchasing.
